Accreditations and Technical Training
As the premier provider of cleanroom and controlled environment testing and certification services, B&V invests heavily in field technician training and accreditation. All B&V Testing technicians undergo extensive internal and external training on industry standards, recommended practices, application guides and test procedures as established by NSF, ISO, NEBB, CETA and IEST, in addition to B&V’s own company Standard Operating Procedures, all culminating in technician accreditation.
Our new B&V Training Center has ten clean air devices from different manufacturers for hands on technical training in testing, repair, electrical troubleshooting and decontamination services. Technical training coursework also includes extensive GMP and GLP work practices and documentation protocol training, ensuring B&V field technicians are highly trained service professionals capable of operating in the most highly regulated environments. Technician training records are documented and maintained in accordance with ISO guidelines and are available for customer review.
B&V field technicians are accredited through NSF International’s Certifier Accreditation program. With the largest staff of NSF-accredited certifiers in the Northeast. For more information visit the NSF website.
B&V Testing is Certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) in Cleanroom Performance Testing. For more information visit the NEBB website.

The FDA is here on a PMA inspection and one of the areas that I had to present to them was the recertification binder for our ISO Class 7 Manufacturing Cleanroom. The auditor provided the following comment during his review: “This is one of the best put-together cleanroom reports I’ve seen”. Please keep up the great work you do for all of our facilities! It’s great to have partners that provide us quality work and are easy to work with too!
